Sine's gotta a new friend...

- Fate is decided by God but destiny is the path you choose to get there -

Yesterday went out to do a little shopping in the evening and happen to pass by Falcon's Hanger at Far East Plaza. Guess what? Saw Little Apple Dolls Series 2 and so the much awaited hype was finally put to rest...bought Irae at SGD$60 and luckily they weren't selling as a set of 4...cos I only wanted Irae...was really happy and so now, Sine's gotta a new friend and I gotta new pants...bought a black FreshJive bermuda from Gallery at Pacific Plaza. Also got a set of Bones Red bearings...now I am using the old version of China Bones for the 2 front wheels and the new Bones Reds for the 2 rear wheels...a bit funny though as I sort of wanted them to be all standardize but nvm...Gosh the Bones Reds really spin like they'll go on forever...scary but really smooth so I know I can expect a really comfortable ride...

UPDATES...

- Fate is decided by God but destiny is the path you choose to get there -

Sorry really didn't mean to neglect my blog in anyway but maybe I'm just plain lazy...hehe okay that's not an excuse but a mere fact... Updates like the title suggests...and so I went out on Sat to do some shopping as a certain t-shirt label from Japan caught my attention recently. Made my way down to Parklane after Japanese lesson to try my luck...hehe got a steal for SGD$10 but too bad the size is a little big and there were only 2 designs...so in the end I got one of the 2. Really happy but I wanted more so I went down Bugis to try my luck further...and Yeah, found a shop that carry that label and a lot of designs there too...cool. Really happy but the price...err a bit the pricey and I was trying to talk the salesgirl to give me a discount but to no avail in the end so no choice had to get the 2 tees at a more expensive price...Damn basket, idiot bananas!?@#* What to do? Good things don't come cheap...so here 2 of the 3 the designs as 1 is still in the washer...

Well if you ask me, I'm a Jap freak...I just love Japanese designs...especially those depicting 16 century Edo period art...Ukiyo-e to be precise as Kuniyoshi's designs revolves around famous Samurais...cool

And so I have been actively skating since I got my skates last week Wednesday...been training hard to keep fit and burn the excess "tyre". Endured a couple of muscle strain on my legs, sun and tons of sweat, now, I'm almost regaining back the good old ice-skating days...around 30% recovered but still a long way to go as inline is really different...obstacles both static and movable are present all around not to mention uneven surfaces too...definitely got a long way to go...but I did made pretty much improvement as I managed to skate "gracefully" and also forward left crosses...had a bit of trouble doing the forward right crosses as I hardly ever do them during the ice-skating days. Well the rink regulations is that everyone skate in a anti-clockwise direction and so that explains why! So today had a slight fall while practising the right crosses...took a toll on my right knee, bruised and a slight cut and now I can't bend it fully...and also my good old LEVI'S, damn...now I have a small hole in my jeans which I know will developed into a really big one...!

"Ouch! No pain no gain!"

"My poor LEVI'S"

And so I went out on Sunday to get some cleaning solvent and also lubricant for the bearings..I might consider changing my bearings to Bones Reds as Bones Swiss are far too fast for me...really can't afford to lose a limb at this age and also Bones bearings are really easy to maintain and trust me I used to skateboard so I definitely give 2 thumbs up for Bones bearings...really good 'cos I tried and I fell that's why I KNOW they ARE GOOD! (Go read "http://bonesbearings.com/" on why the hell they are so good!) Took about 3 hours just now after coming home to clean the stupid thick industrial GREASE off the new, standard ABEC 5 bearings that came with the skate...now the bearings are definitely spinning much smoother and faster than it was before as I lube it with Bones Speed lube after a thorough cleaning. Well the thick, white glue paste that was otherwise known as Industrial grease really clogs up the standard default bearings thus causing it to spin much slower...here's the pic of the skates and my little accessory bag...

"The scars of the fall that tore my precious Levi's and scratch my buckle"

"Left to right clockwise - Cleaning solvent and pre-lube, BONES Speed lube, China Bones bearings (spare bearings just in case...), film containers for washing bearings, old toothbrush, FSK manual and allen keys, FSK gloves bag to keep my barang barang!"

"There everything pack and ready to go!"

Damn you...Asshole

- Fate is decided by God but destiny is the path you choose to get there -

Okay just finished reading today's edition of Strait's Times and was pretty angered by a particular article from the home section...There was this bastard that lives somewhere in Bukit Timah that actually "killed" his dog...and OMG, I really can't imagine what the poor dog suffered before it died...and it's a Alaskan malamute, a close relative to the Siberian husky which happens to be one of my favourite dogs...Damn you asshole, hope you get heat stroke and snapped a artery in your nervous system and suffer a full body paralysis all your life...How can people be so cruel to animals...? God knows what their pea-size brains are thinking...

The article actually featured a full colored picture of the poor dog with blood around it's mouth...really a solemn sight...I pray for the poor dog...and the bastard was only slapped with a SGD$3000 fine...WHAT? A dog's life is only worth $3000? FUCK you I say...you kill somebody, you get death or maybe manslaughter, but a dog that was 3 years-old definitely could have landed him with a more severe sentence like jail or something...

I really can't imagine the horendous torture the poor animal went through...in these tropical weather, with that 2 layers of fur...maybe I should say THANK GOD it was recalled to be with the LORD as he might have better use for him up there than to suffer further in the hands of that BASTARD!!!

I really hope that he should get a lifetime ban to keep pets and maybe the gahmen should impose a law that punish these irresponsible pet owners severely...FUCK you (I mean verbally) and all you ancestors and you future decendents, you STUPID DUMB SHIT GOD DAMN MURTHER FUCKER!

"Today I leave this cold harsh world...and eventhough you can't understand every word I say. I never blame you for all that had happen and will you always remain my master. Thank you for taking care of me these 3 years..."

The Perfect Shot...Candid shots...Hehe

- Fate is decided by God but destiny is the path you choose to get there -

Last Sunday, I went to my religious school to find out more and there was a little birthday celebration of all the people born in the month of August...and I managed to get a couple of shots before the camera died...

There it was...the awfully sinful and fattening cream cake in the middle...and if you were wondering why the photos were revolved around Momoko-San and the cake....well I only know her and not the rest of the birthday people, and since I didn't know them, it definitely wouldn't be appropriate to post their pics on my blog rite? In case they slapped me with a infringement of rights...

Somehow, I feel that Momoko-San would be a great model...I can hardly get shots of her smiling and showing her set of white pearls. She seems to have that mysterious aura and her pose for photos is pretty natural which I kinda think it hard to find in most people...and when most people pose for cameras, they can seem pretty unnatural...that's why I feel that a person look best when the shot is candid and unprepared. That way it will draw out the inner beauty and also the outer beauty altogether...perfect...

And for Miss Momoko, her candid shots and her posed shots doesn't vary much...now that is really the kinda model I feel would look best...natural but sophisticated...I didn't notice it till like I compared the photos and draw the conclusion...cool!

And so today, later in the evening, my Skates would be arriving...Hmmm...I'm so looking forward to it...even bought a pair of Salomon FSK skate gloves last Saturday to prepare for this big evening today...cheers and enjoy this sunny Wednesday...

The Last Farewell...

- Fate is decided by God but destiny is the path you choose to get there -

Okay this post is a little late as it was meant to be like a couple of weeks ago...

3 years ago when I first decided to study Japanese, I was still undecided which school to go to...there were numerous Language school around Singapore...and thanks to my really good brother Lawrence, I finally ended up in Tenrikyo. And it was there that I was first taught by Fukuda Sensei for level 1...He did made a remarkable impression and foundation for me to learn Japanese. He is funny, patient and really really nice and everyone liked him...he made learning Japanese really fun and eventhough for me, it was powered purely by my passion, nonetheless, he made it even more interesting. I can't say for the rest of the students but I'm pretty sure most of them would feel the same as I do...He is indeed one remarkable teacher that I will definitely credit many things to...But all good things have to come to an end...his tour of duty in Singapore has ended after 3 years...as his dad wanted him to return to Japan to be a successor...for his dad's church...So it was a last farewell at the airport for him, the students that he taught, and many memories left behind...he tried hard to hold back his tears but as soon as he cleared the immigration counter, We could see the tears...so here are the pics from the airport...

Narita bound flight...

On the left is my Level 1 teacher, Fukuda Sensei and on the right is my Level 3 and 4 teacher, Okada Sensei...they've known each other since school days and are really good friends...and so it's also a pretty sad parting between my teachers...

The End...

- Fate is decided by God but destiny is the path you choose to get there -

So yesterday was the last day of my part-time job...to think that I thought I was able to work till the very end of August...yah I'm pretty sute I was quite capable there but the lousy management of staffs and the really sucky people there really made my experience there suck big time...and hell with it am I ever going back there...

Was told by my supervisor that he didn't need so many people starting next week...so he said I didn't have to come to work anymore...Idiot! Ruin my beautiful plan...and many of the staff there told me that he is stupid to ask me to go as I was more capable than most of the temp staff there...maybe it was my work attitude that pissed him off? But then again I always get the shits...any sane person would be pissed as well...and I actually inquired from a permenant staff there and to my horror, no matter how hard they work PLUS overtime, their pay could never hit SGD$2k...My Gosh!? Is it really that bad? Poor you...but I'm glad that I met some really nice people there...Now, I guess I might be shaving my long long locks that I have kept for about a year or more to teach tution...don't be surprised...I just needed the dough while I am studying so I could fulfill my life-long dream...I badly wanna go Japan...most probably to work as I'm already too old to continue studying...must start my career before 30...scary!

Now I'm pretty lost as to whether to work in Singapore after I graduate from SIM next year or should I go apply for a job in Japan through the Japanese Embassy? Or should I go over to Japan as a staff of my religious skool? God knows...ilfe is about making choices and I really don't wanna make a wrong one and regret it later...Noooo...I definitely don't want that...And MomoChan broke the news to me that my ever-so-beautiful Japanese dream was about to be shattered...she told me the "REAL" Japan that I never knew...and so that explains why I'm rather messed up now...undecided about my future...Arigatou MomoChan...If I didn't cleared up my doubts with her, I'd never have realised that my ever-so-perfect dreams was ridded with so many flaws...scary...

And so my future looks bleak once again...*sigh* God give me a sign...a vision, a path...and enlighten me, the Dark one...

So much for bleak future...Now it's back to my views on certain things...firstly I wanna say that Singaporeans lack genuine talent...not to generalize the masses and incur their warth but the truth is that "most" fellow comrades here in the little Island they called Singapore really lack genuine talent...Well I'm refering to Singing contests in general...With the run away success of American Idol, Singapore followed suit with the Singapore Idiot version that spanned so many big time, brainless twits that will do just about anything to get a shot at fame...I say COME ON, there can only be ONE William Hong that will go down the history books with that kinda of cheap tricks and a little luck and tons of humiliation...forgo your dignity and ego, humiliate yourself in front of National TV and get sarcasm from the few millions people...you really think that you can build a fortune for the rest of your life? I respect your stupidity if you say yes 'cos it never fails to amaze me each time...IT'S A GOD DAMN BLOODY SINGING CONTEST and not a I-Look-Stupid-In-Front-Of-National-Tv contest so wake up...spare a thought for your parents...

Now why this post on singing contest is because Chen WeiLian is really really One such person I idolize like a GOD...Despite being blind, he emerged as the Chinese ripped-off version of the much hated singing reality tv shit...at least for me I HATE it...till I saw the courage and talent from this wonder boy! Shame on you, all you able and normal people who do silly antics and shits to get a shot at fame...LEARN for this humble, handicapped but never-say-die chap...this is what I called REAL talent...It's a singing contest and so please sing and not give us 5 minutes of free stupid entertainment...I really admired his courage and talent and so slowly I began to forget the fact that I really hate reality tv shows...The truth is that I really wanted him to win so as to go down history for a long long time and also to give hope to so many disabled out there...

For thee, I SALUTE you...you have my deepest respect...maybe a medal of honour like a purple heart for your bravery and courage...it's really people like this that gives a glimmer of hope to so many others...eventhough the votes from the masses might have helped him to win, I guessed he does have the talent...as for the rest of the other ENGLISH Idols, you know I really hate one particular fallen idol...yeah the one with the really big mouth and follows trend blindly and always act "Cool"...Please learn from this humble blind chap, if you are good, you are good! don't need to act or have fanciful shits...

Sign off...yours truly,
小郎

MomoChan

- Fate is decided by God but destiny is the path you choose to get there -

Debuting Momoko-San...a more updated photo than the previous blurry picture from my cell phone...the rest of the entry is in japanese...sorry...hehe

Okay loads of thing is written above but it would turn out to be junk if anyone would to translate it back to English, well I tried so I am telling you. Hehe the actual meaning is far from the truth from the English translation I get from various sources...*sigh* but it's ok...

So happy Yujing called me the other day...haven't like heard from her for sometime...she's also so excited that Momoko-San is here in Singapore and most likely I would link the 2 of them up as to end Yujing enthusiasm...hehe and also excitement...Yeah Yujing is reading my blog again...

Okay so much for excitement...now get back to work before your Boss get mad at you for reading my blog...

Kyo wa yasumi

- Fate is decided by God but destiny is the path you choose to get there -

Ok this entry is gonna be in japanese...hehe so hang in there...as the title suggest, it literally means that I am not working today...

Hai kyo wa yasumi, demo asa wa hayaku okiru. Kino shigoto wa taihen, sore wa totemo tsukareta. Kyo wa honto ni tanoshi, hatarakimasen ne. Nihon no tomodachi ga airu, watashi tachi wa ishoni tabeta. Momoko-san wa "Chicken Rice" taberu no toki, "Oishi" to imasu, yokata ne. Atode, watashi tachi ishoni sukoshi kaimonoshita. Tenki wa i ne. Demo, ame ga huteimashita. Watashi itsumo daisuki, shikashi kimochi wa amai yokunai. Watashi Momoko-San wa nureru miemasen. Watashi no nihongo jyozu janai, i jisho ga aru.

And so I wasn't working today, the weather was great today...it finally rain...cool. Yesterday, work was hectic, seriously under manpower. And me, the omnipotent one, have to be kicked around like a ball just because I can just about fit into any critical position...damn it! Yes I know I am pretty competent in my work but the people at my work place? Seriously except for 2 of them, the rest really sucks! And I mean sucks BIG TIME! Especially the permanant staffs...when they want you to help them, they will say really nice things infront of others...but when they don't need you, they slander you like nobody's business...It's really sucky to have people like this around...constantly looking for opportunities to stab others in the back...what's their hidden sick agenda? I really don't know...but if they are looking for a way to climb the corporate ladder a little faster, then I must really highlight to them that there is definitely no future working there so what's the point? Idiots...baka! Stupid people are around me each day but at times their stupidity never fails to amaze me...

So now, it's back to the game again...time to level up

Err, well I didn't really started inline skating only recently, during my secondary days, I spent most of my time ice-skating...with hockey skates, not the commercial ones as hockey skates have a better fit and the commercial ones, God knows who have been using them?!?!...I thought Singapore is so bloody hot and it's always summer season throughout the year, I had to do some kind of extreme sports to curb my overwhelming adrenalin...so I chose ice-skating as the cooling environment was all that it matters in this hot weather...

But, after I left secondary school, I took up skateboarding for sometime till like 18...yeah these sports did broke a couple of bones in my limbs but nonetheless, FUN! Started to adore driving after I got my licence and since then, I've have a great passion to push the car and my skills to the max...the crashes were mostly minor but the repair costs still took its toll on my poor bank account...but...many experiences were learnt on how to control the car better, like handbrake turn for tight corners, maintaining the high revs during turns so as not to lose too much speed, proper turning and braking techniques, negotiating turns, finding the right apexes of the bends, counter-steering, etc...

hehe but now I'm pretty much the bad-boy turn good boy fella...life seems more then just having fun...it's about many other things...I've since learn to treasure my life...roller-blading is mainly to keep fit...hehe what about you?

Cheers Amithyst...

Watch movie today

- Fate is decided by God but destiny is the path you choose to get there -

Alrite lar...the first thingy I did when I log in was to blog and try the upload photo link...haha it work! OMG! It really works...finally it's up and working...yeah Blogger is the best...except for minor technical flaws every now and then...

Ta-Da...! This is the Solomon Deemax 3 freeskate that I am planning to get...couldn't get the pics up until now...hehe

I met Momoko-San on Wednesday, didn't actually went to the Airport to recieve her (doesn't it sounds like Momoko-San is a present from Japan??? Haha...)...she was having her dinner when I popped by...the place was pretty quiet and dark...the Reverend and another lady was there and a couple of kids...she was peeping out to see who I was in the dim orange street lights when I asked the Reverend for her...and upon seeing me, she exclaimed, "Sugoi!!!" which literally means amazing in Japanese usually for astonishment and followed by a BIG bear hug! Boy I really wasn't expecting such a dramatic and overwhelming reaction but it was certainly a really really sweet gesture...and I told her to go finish her dinner first as I felt pretty bad for intruding her dinner...and so after that, I chatted with her for a while...she looked pretty frailed and worn and so I learnt that 4 months ago before she came here, she was actually working 2 jobs...a waitress in the day and a floor crew at night at a pub...It's like her day starts at around 8 am and ends like 2 am...OMG! Now that's really extreme...

Poor you Momoko-San, and now in Singapore, the ardous tasks continues...she is a staff of the school and she wakes up like 5.30am and do chores...dinner is like 7.30pm...it's so routine and regimental...scary though...and she hardly have time for any other stuffs...after a shower like at 8pm, around 9, it's bed time...poor you Momoko-San...

Got a really nice trucker cap from her...didn't really expected her to give me anything...really sweet, so THANK YOU Momoko-San...cos she actually remembers that I wore a cap last year when I brought her out with Lawrence and Kenji (Now Arch Enemy of Lawrence...)...hehe she said she didn't know what I liked so she decided to get me a cap instead and she said that she was sure I' d look really good in the cap...hehe and how she checked the cap infront of me before she gave it to me just to make sure it wasn't made in China or Vietnam or something like that...haha so funny so we ended up laughing...

See See See!!! There are all Japanese words and even though there are no indication of where it was made, the mere sight of the Japanese characters on the tag is enuff to convince me...and oh yeah, Momoko-San said I look Japanese if I didn't speak Chinese or English and that if I was the first person she met when she come to Singapore for the first time, She would have converse with me in Japanese...Wow! OMG! There you have it, words from a true native...it's really a compliment...and despite the technological marvels in Japan, I was surprised when Momoko-San told me that many Japanese are still using the MD players, not the Net MD...and only a minority using iPods which is obviously a Must-Get-Cos-Design-Damn-Nice MP3 player...and so the both of us was still using MDs which is like a thingy back then but a passe now...and I handed her my collection of Dance music...I was surprised she liked Sara Macallen and Lisa Scott Lee...

And went to watch 7 swords today...really recommended movie...really nice...legendary sword fighting flick that shows that no one is invincible...even heroes get injured cos they are human after all...Damn good, I'll recommend you guys and gals go watch it...so now its back home and gaming Maple Story as usual...got into some shitty thingy yesterday nite while gaming, got me pretty pissed but it's all resolved now as the 14 year old kid was no match for my reverse psychology tactics...befriend you enemy and treat them 2 times more nicely when they treat you 1 time badly...haha guess like me, the Evil Prince of Drakness has once again trimph...

GAMING time...tata

Sumimasen...

- Fate is decided by God but destiny is the path you choose to get there -

Yah I know it's been a rather long time since I last Blog...well let's just say that everyday when I get home, the first thingy that I wanna do and WILL do is to log on and play Maple Story...the addiction to the game has really left me no time for a lot of other things, amongst them, blogging...*sigh* it's a bad idea but somehow there's just this unspeakable appeal that really got me hooked...and so after feeling guilty for neglecting my poor blog, here I am making amemds and blogging once again...

Firstly I like to express my deepest heart felt regret that Cassandra's Blog after being hacked into has been shut down and Cass has since failed to resurrect her blog...and so she claims she'll probably blog at a later date but no dates where actually confirmed and so we'll just have to keep our finger crossed and hope for the resurrection of her blog...*sigh* really sorry about that Cass...but in the meantime you can actually take sometime off and explore your fellow bloggers' Blog...

Secondly, your Royal Highness, Me is at home today...don't be surprised but I'm actually on leave today as to recuperate my aching body...though my part time work pays pathetically low, the work is fast and requires brute strength at times...what to do, being an undergraduate now is like this...neither here nor there but at least I can get some pathetic cash to fuel my hobby and vast acquisitions of various things...Like...

Oh shit...seems like the "Add Image" link is not working...Hello? Are you guys at blogger sleeping...the Link is not working....?

Actually wanna upload a pic of a pair of rollerblade that I have decided to acquire recently...Solomon Deemax 3...to revive the good old ice-skating days during my younger years...hehe but the idea was to help me develop some kind of a exercise regime to rid the excess fats around my body...and not the extreme sports thingy...well the blade is kinda nice as its a mixture of white and black, monotone colors, my favourite...and somehow I managed to get it at a price that's crazy...but I won't say how much...hehe

And there it goes, suppose to get a airbrush set, but I have decided to push it to a later acqusition date...hehe it's just so me...each time I save up to get something, along the way, I'll end up buying something else...ending up extending the duration of saving...

Ok suppose I'll be at home resting my tired and battered body, I'll definitely hook on Maple Story (which I'm already doing it since I started this entry...) and try to level up as much as possible...and a little interesting thingy happen yesterday...at my work place, a perm staff which had a rather bad mouth, the kind that spill words that are both harsh and filled with sarcasm got in to a heated argument with another temp staff, both men in their mid 40s...hehe quite a show...seeing both men almost having half their legs in the coffin, having a BIG dispute in the midst of working...hehe how I wished they end up scruffling and fighting...boy what a fantastic entertainment that would be...but too bad, it went down without a fight...silly, really downright silly.

And Yeah, Miss Momoko-San will be touching down in Sunny Singapore at around 5.35pm...and I'll be popping by my Japanese School Residence later in the evening to do some good old catching up with her...got so many things to say to her, wonder how she look like now, after almost 9 months...

Gosh, Right now I think I'd better get back to my game...hehe tata
